Synopsis:
Written and directed by Jack Steele in 2018, the film was an ambitious project that many considered impossible for a first-time director. It was developed under Screen Australia’s "Short Black" initiative for emerging Indigenous voices. The film had its premiere at the opening night of the Sydney Film Festival in 2019 and its International Premiere at ImagineNATIVE in Toronto, where it was praised for its unique story and incredible production value.
